IV Chelation
When considering a chelation treatment, there are several available methods. The most effective method is intravenous (IV) chelation therapy.
The key reason for IV chelation’s effectiveness is its use of liquid EDTA. By utilizing EDTA in its liquid forms, IV chelation results in high absorption of the beneficial ingredients. And, as IV chelation treatment introduces the liquids directly into the bloodstream, they are absorbed quickly and deliver the desired effect faster.
However, IV chelation therapy is a process that must be overseen by a doctor or other trained healthcare professional. Additionally, this method requires patients to attend 30 to 50 treatment sessions over the course of six months with a minimum of 2-3 sessions per week to be effective. IV chelation sessions can last over three hours, and can be very cost prohibitive ($100-$150 per session).
Instead of IV chelation, patients should consider oral liquid chelation treatment. Liquid chelation uses the same highly effective, high absorption liquid EDTA, but here the solution can simply be mixed with drinking water. Liquid chelation treatments can be taken several times a day, and the entire treatment process can be completed in just six weeks. Liquid oral EDTA is far less expensive than IV chelation, and, happily, no painful needles are required.
